| Astrological Fireworks from Triple Conjunction, Cancer New Moon, Pluto Sun Opposition and Mercury Saturn Square or "Why is My Life So Challenging Right Now" This summer arrives with a series of powerful astrological signatures ushered in by the Summer Solstice on June 21st, with the Cancer new moon following immediately on June 22nd, a Sun and Pluto opposition on June 23rd and Mercury Saturn square on June 26th. All these astrological fireworks, are ignited by the intense Triple Conjunction of Chiron, Neptune and Jupiter in late Aquarius that has been operating for the past few weeks stirring up everyone's personal and collective core issues! You don't have to know astrology to realize that the heat has been turned way up and you may be ready to shed some of those extra layers or sweat through the intensity. The New Moon in Cancer on June 22, trines the Triple Conjunction of Chiron, Neptune and Jupiter in Aquarius. This means that the pattern of healing our deepest wounds both conscious and subconscious (Chiron), combined with flashes of spiritual realization (Neptune) and expansion (Jupiter) will continue through the summer seasons. The Summer Solstice ushers in the high point of light of this solar year on June 21, 2009 reminding us to manifest our desires or "make hay while the sun still shines". Daylight now diminishes until the shortest day of the year at the Winter Solstice of December 21, 2009. While the Sun transits the sign of Cancer from June 21 - July 21 (amplified by a Solar Eclipse this year), we are being nudged to get in touch with the emotions, feel the sand beneath your feet, experience the beauty of nature. Love and nurture yourself. This is a good time to rekindle those connections with loved ones from your past, and clear any heavy emotional karmas. The New Moon in Cancer on June 22nd will expose emotional baggage and dramas that can weigh one down in this time of exploring new frequencies such as joy and bliss. This year the Sun moving into the sign Cancer at the Solstice opposes Pluto in Capricorn which has been bringing out collective fears of survival and financial fears. According to Barbara Hand Clow, Astrologer, Author and Visionary, "Pluto in Capricorn (2008-2024) is directing a total transformation of our economic and societal systems and the way we use resources. Most people realize nothing will stop this process, and they have no idea what will replace this crumbling edifice." Barbara Hand Clow predicts at this New Moon in Cancer, "You may experience a cathartic emotional crisis that presents you with a newly truthful sense of who you really are." Many have been experiencing this emotional crisis since the Triple Conjunction took hold in May, which has been wringing out our bodies on all levels, physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. So many people have been going through their own personal crisis, whether it be from illness, heartbreak, financial woes, mental disturbances, or feeling spiritually abandoned. So, if you have been feeling the tension, stress and pressures of the past weeks, you are not alone. At the same time there is wonderful spiritual and breakthrough energies available because of the Neptune/Jupiter conjunction. Magical and mystical experiences are becoming an everyday occurrence under this influence. Miracles are happening on a daily basis, and our siddhi (mystical) powers are being activated. The keynote may be "let ego drop away, so Higher self can show the way." Jupiter in Aquarius through February 2010, ultimately wants to give us personal and collective freedom.
